Shipping policy

We ship all across Canada via Canada Post with a flat rate of 9.95$ and shipping is free for any orders over 200$. Additional fees may apply on oversize order. In this case, Liv Equestrian will contact you to confirm the additional charges. The order will be canceled if, however, the costs incurred are not suitable. So you can choose to proceed or not with your order.  

Orders will be shipped from Quebec city and the delivery time is variable, depending on your sector and product availability.

Delivery may therefore take a few days only or a maximum of 4 to 6 weeks if the product must be ordered from the supplier, due to lack of availability on the online store. In the event that we anticipate a delivery time exceeding 7 working days, we will contact you and you can choose whether or not to proceed with your order. In the alternative where there is a shortage of stock, Liv Equestrian reserves the right to change the price without notice if there is a price increase from the supplier to renew the inventory of the product.
